OUR VISION
The vision of Fathers Matter ATL is to work across sectors and create a system that equitably supports fathers.
We envision a society where fathers are seen, valued, and empowered to fully participate in the lives of their children. Our goal is to create a system that equitably supports fathers. This means equitable access to programs, services, and opportunities that strengthen fathers’ relationships, foster personal growth, and remove barriers to engagement.

This vision is brought to life through seven strategic pathways—Connecting Fathers, Reaching Fathers, Improving Relationships, Supporting Inner Healing, Reclaiming the Narrative, Addressing Mass Incarceration, and Implementing Father-Friendly Policies—each designed to remove barriers, strengthen families, and create lasting community impact. By integrating these strategies, we create a holistic framework that ensures fathers are not sidelined but fully engaged to nurture, lead, and transform their families and communities.
