We envision a society where fathers are seen, valued, and empowered to fully participate in the lives of their children. Our goal is to develop a system that serves fathers with the same intentionality, resources, and support historically directed toward mothers and babies. This means equitable access to programs, services, and opportunities that strengthen fathers’ relationships, foster personal growth, and remove barriers to engagement.

This vision is brought to life through seven strategic pathways—Connecting Fathers, Reaching Fathers, Improving Relationships, Supporting Inner Healing, Reclaiming the Narrative, Addressing Mass Incarceration, and Implementing Father-Friendly Policies—each designed to remove barriers, strengthen families, and create lasting community impact. By integrating these strategies, we create a holistic framework that ensures fathers are not sidelined but fully equipped to nurture, lead, and transform their families and communities while  the full potential of every father is realized.
