The Fathers Matter ATL Roosevelt Muhammad Annual Leadership Summit brings together leaders from across Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, and Fulton to strengthen father engagement and drive coordinated action for families. Each year, our seven strategies present the progress they’ve made and the solutions they’ve advanced to support fathers across metro Atlanta. The summit also carries a powerful legacy, held in honor of Brother Roosevelt Muhammad—an unwavering fatherhood champion whose life continues to inspire our work. During the event, we recognize a standout leader with an award named in his memory, celebrating those who push the movement forward.

Our 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament is a high-energy, family-friendly event designed to bring fathers, families, and community members together in a spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie. Participants compete for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes, adding excitement and recognition for skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship on the court. Beyond the games, attendees can enjoy music, food, and engage with local vendors offering resources and support for fathers and families.
